We have wave solder, selective soldering and hand assembly stations, allowing us to fit PTH components from low to high volume with high precision.

Yes, using our solder star data logger we can take real time temperature measurements of each zone in our reflow oven. This allows us to tailor the reflow profile, specifically for your PCB

We can track customer orders through each stage of our production process. Bare boards will be serialised at incoming inspection. Images are captured during AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and at final assembly stage before shipping.
