Antique Fr cut glass casket box 19th C empire style

Antique heavy cut glass casket box. I believe this piece is circa Charles X, 19th Century. The empire style palmettes, laurel wreath and ribbon on the dore mounts are indicative of Baccarat production. Perhaps the new owner can find a way to verify that for sure. I've only seen a few with these exact same mounts. I believe it's probably gilt bronze, not 100% on that though. The box is 5" long by 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and weighs over 3 pounds. There is a cut starburst pattern on the underside, the rest of the piece is smooth.Opens and shuts properly, hinges are very good. The inside rim gilt is a bit tarnished from age, see pics.
