These are promotional Japanese POPs, small double sided poster cards that would be distributed to media shops for the purpose of advertising upcoming releases or product. Typically you'd find these taped or hooked on to media shelves or tacked on to windows. Due to being produced for store-use only most copies are disposed of after the promotion is over, leading them to become very hard to obtain collectables. These specific POPs advertise the Azumanga Bus event, where multiple public transit busses were Azumanga themed for a period of time.
