BRAND NEW - NOT WASHED! Brush comes in original plastic sleeve, which was opened just to take pictures. This brush has a short handle and was part of a set that is SOLD OUT on Japanese makeup brush (fude) retail websites. This is a high quality brush that was not cheap. The shipping cost was also not cheap.
ABOUT KIHITSU/KOYUDO:
Kihitsu has been a sales company for Koyudo since 2004. Koyudo was born in 1979, according to the company web page. Kihitsu doesn't make brushes or own a factory, they focus on sales. Koyudo makes Kihitsu brushes; Koyudo owns Kihitsu brands.
Kihiitsu doesn't sell overseas so their sales turnover is not quick, which results in having old inventory. Older hairs are known for being softer.
