I commissioned this top in January and everything about it was perfect, however, I didn’t know that dark vinyl transfer stains lighter vinyl. After improperly storing it, the top has been stained in 3 areas (see photos). I lightened the spots as much as I could with gentle spot-bleaching, but after consulting the tailor, the spots *cannot be removed*. When worn, they aren’t nearly as visible. I was quoted $130 alone for the shirt. I recommissioned it and got my new top recently. The stains are not super noticeable when worn, the back stain is the most prominent of all 3. It’s still a beautiful top and I don’t really want to let it go, but I don’t really have use for it! This top instantly elevates any Miku cosplay, but I imagine it’d look beautiful paired with the Dokidoki Hatsune Miku cosplay since the tie, socks, and skirt trim are all shiny too!
