Vintage Heller Tract Jacket & Skirt made in Austria. Green plaid jacket with unique buttons and puffed shoulders. Double breasted. Long skirt with green stripe down front, slit in back, leaf on one pocket. Hook, button and zip closure. Made of wool both pieces are lined.Really unique and I haven’t been able to find one like this.
