FAIR CONDITION! ~ The battery definitely needs to be replaced and can only last about an hour before it dies. The hard drive might also need a replacement, but I can't say for sure since I can barely have the Ipod on long enough to see if there's any issues after using it for more than that hour.
Comes with the silicone case and charm for free! If you don't want them just let me know, but it won't have any effect on the price.

It's scratched up but completely functional; click wheel, lock button, headphone jack all work. There's a small scratch on the screen that can be seen a bit in the photos. If you want a better photo of it, let me know! Turns on, Ipod runs smoothly, and plays music no problem.
