This is a LANVIN crew neck sweater.
It's an old-tag, Italian-made design that's quite rare, and I purchased it for around 50,000 yen at a designer archive shop in Tokyo.
It has a slightly relaxed fit, equivalent to a men's M to L, and I think it would fit someone around 170cm tall perfectly.
Due to the nep yarn, some orange threads are mixed in.
I've attached photos (8th and 9th) just in case, although they're not very noticeable on the neckline and left sleeve.
