These are shorts from Tour Stage, a traditional British golf brand. They've been making comfortable clothing for decades, so the fit is excellent. In addition, they are beautifully cut by craftsmen in their own factory, just like tailored clothing.
I own many luxury brand shorts from brands like Dries Van Noten, Kiko Kostadinov, Rick Owens, etc., but few can be worn both casually and formally like these, as shown in the first photo.
