Vintage 1940s Movie Costume Coat, Navy Blue Wool, Hollywood Memorabilia

Navy blue wool coat in a vaguely Asian or perhaps traditional Russian style. Trimmed in a lighter blue gray. Has one inner pocket. There are no closures.  Fully lined in a black fabric that I believe is a cotton blend. My best guess as to age of this is 1940s.  It was intended, I am sure, for a man, but would fit a larger sized woman.

Excellent vintage condition. The only real thing worth noting is some sunfade in a few places, especially along the left side, and one or two insignificant moth nibbles.  Please note that all items in this Costume section may have minor other flaws ( or example; missing snaps, small areas of loose seams, pinholes, etc..)  that I have not listed as its just not possible to find and or list every minor thing as these have lived quite a life!
