Vintage Contempo Casuals 1980s Dynasty Open Back, Plunging Neckline, stretch body con, power shoulders Black and Gold polka dot Women's Dress with gold lame belt.
This has a high collar, but I carefully hand stitched it down so the back would be more open. I can unstitch if you want, but I made this dress even hotter. The skirt is so stretchy and flattering! I love everything about this piece, when its on the front is a daring plunge, but stays closed enough to not be vulgar.
