Vintage metal carousel. Very old. I wound up the bottom and it does work but very poorly. As you can see from the last picture, one of the flags is off the carousel. And I think one is totally missing. The carousel will spin around, but does not play any type of music. I am not sure if it ever did. Comes from a pet and smoke free home. Please know you are getting the item as it is pictured. It is very old and you could definitely see the wear on the toy.
