Vtg Cobalt Blue Magnum Paperweight with Internal Bubbles 4" x 4".
Not sure if this really qualifies as "controlled", as there is no real symmetry to the placement of bubbles, but there is still a very cool effect...the smallest bubbles are closest to the surface and they grow larger as they descend toward the center.
Oh, and just in case you did not know..."magnum" is a term used to describe larger paperweights...usually 3½" and up.
Condition: Excellent condition with no signs of damage or repair. Please see photos for details.
Age: Circa latter 20th c.
Markings: Unsigned.
